HEMS Lightweight Cylinder Repair Kit is an affordable alternative to Disassembly benches available in the market.   The work station accommodates all required tooling and fixtures.

This unit is built with Hydraulic hand operated valve ratchet mechanism with  hydraulic power pack and very easy to shipment from one place to another. This whole unit can be placed in a small box (75” X 60” 50”) The length of the cylinder extracting capacity up to 1.0 meter. With extended forks up to 3 meter long cylinder can be disassembled. Max barrel dia holding up to 200mm. weight loading capacity up to 1 ton.

Tooling listed includes:

• Rotatable head unit with different fixtures
• Barrel holder
• Nut removing Hex socket set (36, 38, 41, 46, 50, 55, 60, 65, 75 and 80mm sockets)
• Spanner plates for larger than 90 & 95mm nut
• Extendable Clevis support
• Gland removal sets
